Bu sahifada DUYO ilovasidan foydalanish qoidalari yozilgan: nima qilsa bo'ladi, nima qilib bo'lmaydi va biz nimaga javob beramiz. Ilovadan foydalanishni boshlashingiz shu shartlarga rozilik bildirganingizni anglatadi.

1. Kim foydalanishi mumkin

DUYO 13-16 yoshdagi o'smirlar uchun. 13 yoshga to'lmagan bo'lsangiz, ilovadan foydalana olmaysiz. Ro'yxatdan o'tishda to'g'ri yoshingizni ko'rsating — DUYO javoblarni aynan shunga qarab moslaydi.

2. Hisobingiz

Hisob telefon raqamingizga bog'lanadi; parol o'rniga SMS orqali kod keladi.
Kodni hech kimga bermang — u sizning kalitingiz.
Hisobingizdan boshqa odam foydalanmasligi kerak.
Raqamingizni yo'qotsangiz yoki hisobingizga begona kirganini sezsangiz, darhol info@duyo.uz ga yozing.

3. Jamoa qoidalari

DUYO ichida — DUYO bilan ham, tengdoshlar bilan ham — quyidagilar taqiqlanadi:

haqorat, tahdid, kamsitish, masxara qilish yoki ta'qib;
jinsiy mazmundagi matn, rasm, ovoz yoki video;
zo'ravonlik, o'ziga yoki boshqaga zarar yetkazishga undash;
giyohvand modda, alkogol, qurol targ'ibi;
boshqa odamning shaxsiy ma'lumotini so'rash yoki tarqatish;
o'zini boshqa odam qilib ko'rsatish, aldash, firibgarlik;
reklama, spam, ommaviy bir xil xabarlar;
ilovani yoki serverni buzishga, avtomatlashtirishga, cheklovlarni aylanib o'tishga urinish.

4. Tengdoshlar bilan suhbat

Maqsad-do'stlar (goal-mates) suhbati ixtiyoriy va uni istagan vaqtda o'chirib qo'yish mumkin. Unda quyidagilar amal qiladi:

Suhbatdoshingiz sizning ismingizni, telefon raqamingizni va suratingizni ko'rmaydi.
Siz ham familiyangizni, maktabingizni, manzilingizni yoki telefon raqamingizni yozmang. Kimdir buni so'rasa — shikoyat qiling.
Har bir xabar yetkazilishidan oldin tekshiriladi; qoidaga zid xabar umuman yetib bormaydi.
Har bir suhbatda "shikoyat qilish" va "bloklash" tugmalari doim ko'rinib turadi.
Shikoyatlarni jamoamiz o'qib chiqadi va zarur bo'lsa hisobni to'xtatadi.

5. Qoidani buzsangiz

Vaziyatga qarab: xabar yetkazilmaydi, ogohlantirish beriladi, tengdoshlar bilan suhbat imkoniyati o'chiriladi yoki hisob butunlay to'xtatiladi. Jiddiy holatlarda — masalan boshqa bolaga real xavf solinganda — biz tegishli organlarga murojaat qilishimiz mumkin.

6. DUYO'ning javoblari haqida

DUYO — sun'iy intellekt. U xato qilishi, noto'g'ri yoki to'liq bo'lmagan javob berishi mumkin. Uning gaplarini muhim qaror uchun yagona manba sifatida ishlatmang.

DUYO tibbiy, psixologik, huquqiy yoki moliyaviy maslahat bermaydi va shifokor, psixolog yoki o'qituvchi o'rnini bosmaydi. O'zingizni yomon his qilsangiz — yaqiningizga yoki ishonchli kattaga ayting. Shoshilinch holatda: ishonch telefoni 1142, tez yordam 103.

7. Kontent va huquqlar

Ilova, uning dizayni, matnlari, kutubxonasi va logotipi bizga tegishli. Siz yozgan xabarlar, maqsadlar va daftar yozuvlari sizniki bo'lib qoladi — biz ularni faqat ilovani ishlatish uchun saqlaymiz, ko'rsatamiz va xavfsizlik uchun tekshiramiz. 8. Obuna va to'lov

DUYO'ning asosiy imkoniyatlari bepul. Pullik rejalar va ularning narxlari duyo.uz saytida ko'rsatilgan; obunani rasmiylashtirish yoki bekor qilish uchun info@duyo.uz ga yozing. Obunani bekor qilganingizdan keyin ham to'langan davr oxirigacha barcha imkoniyatlar saqlanadi.

9. Xizmatning ishlashi

Biz DUYO doim ishlab turishi uchun harakat qilamiz, lekin uzluksiz ishlashini kafolatlay olmaymiz: texnik ishlar, internet uzilishi yoki tashqi xizmatlardagi nosozlik ta'sir qilishi mumkin. Ayrim imkoniyatlarni o'zgartirishimiz yoki olib tashlashimiz mumkin — muhim o'zgarishlar haqida oldindan xabar beramiz.

10. Hisobni yopish

Hisobingizni istagan vaqtda o'chirishingiz mumkin — hisobni o'chirish sahifasi. Biz esa yuqoridagi qoidalar qattiq buzilganda hisobni to'xtatishimiz yoki o'chirishimiz mumkin.

11. Shartlarning o'zgarishi

Shartlar o'zgarsa, sahifa boshidagi sana yangilanadi va muhim o'zgarishlar haqida ilova ichida xabar beramiz. O'zgarishdan keyin ilovadan foydalanishda davom etsangiz, yangi shartlarga rozi bo'lasiz.

12. Qonun

Bu shartlarga O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi qo'llaniladi. Nizolar avval muzokara yo'li bilan, kelishuv bo'lmasa O'zbekiston Respublikasi sudlari orqali hal qilinadi.

Здесь описаны правила пользования приложением DUYO: что можно, чего нельзя и за что отвечаем мы. Начав пользоваться приложением, вы соглашаетесь с этими условиями.

1. Кто может пользоваться

DUYO — для подростков 13–16 лет. Если вам меньше 13, пользоваться приложением нельзя. При регистрации указывайте настоящий возраст — именно под него DUYO подстраивает ответы.

2. Ваш аккаунт

Аккаунт привязан к номеру телефона; вместо пароля приходит код в SMS.
Никому не сообщайте код — это ваш ключ.
Вашим аккаунтом не должен пользоваться никто другой.
Если вы потеряли номер или заметили чужой вход, сразу напишите на info@duyo.uz.

3. Правила сообщества

В DUYO — и в разговоре с DUYO, и в переписке со сверстниками — запрещено:

оскорбления, угрозы, унижение, травля и преследование;
материалы сексуального характера — текст, изображения, аудио, видео;
насилие, призывы навредить себе или другим;
реклама наркотиков, алкоголя, оружия;
запрашивать или распространять личные данные других людей;
выдавать себя за другого человека, обманывать, мошенничать;
реклама, спам, массовая рассылка одинаковых сообщений;
попытки взломать приложение или сервер, автоматизировать работу, обойти ограничения.

4. Общение со сверстниками

Общение с «друзьями по целям» (goal-mates) — по желанию, его можно выключить в любой момент. В нём действуют такие правила:

Собеседник не видит вашего имени, номера телефона и фотографии.
И вы не пишите свою фамилию, школу, адрес и номер телефона. Если кто-то об этом спрашивает — пожалуйтесь.
Каждое сообщение проверяется до доставки; нарушающее правила сообщение не доходит вовсе.
Кнопки «пожаловаться» и «заблокировать» всегда на виду в каждом разговоре.
Жалобы читает наша команда и при необходимости блокирует аккаунт.

5. Если вы нарушите правила

В зависимости от ситуации: сообщение не будет доставлено, вы получите предупреждение, общение со сверстниками отключат или аккаунт заблокируют полностью. В серьёзных случаях — например при реальной угрозе другому ребёнку — мы можем обратиться в компетентные органы.

6. Об ответах DUYO

DUYO — искусственный интеллект. Он может ошибаться и давать неточный или неполный ответ. Не полагайтесь на его слова как на единственный источник для важного решения.

DUYO не даёт медицинских, психологических, юридических и финансовых консультаций и не заменяет врача, психолога или учителя. Если вам плохо — скажите близкому человеку или взрослому, которому доверяете. В экстренной ситуации: телефон доверия 1142, скорая помощь 103.

7. Контент и права

Приложение, его дизайн, тексты, библиотека и логотип принадлежат нам. Написанные вами сообщения, цели и заметки остаются вашими — мы храним, показываем и проверяем их только для работы приложения и его безопасности. Мы не продаём их и не используем для рекламы. 8. Подписка и оплата

Основные возможности DUYO бесплатны. Платные планы и цены указаны на сайте duyo.uz; чтобы оформить или отменить подписку, напишите на info@duyo.uz. После отмены все возможности сохраняются до конца оплаченного периода.

9. Работа сервиса

Мы стараемся, чтобы DUYO работал всегда, но не можем гарантировать бесперебойность: технические работы, перебои с интернетом или сбои у внешних сервисов могут на это повлиять. Отдельные функции мы можем изменить или убрать — о важных изменениях предупредим заранее.

10. Закрытие аккаунта

Вы можете удалить аккаунт в любой момент — страница удаления аккаунта. Мы, со своей стороны, можем заблокировать или удалить аккаунт при грубом нарушении правил выше.

11. Изменения условий

Если условия изменятся, мы обновим дату в начале страницы и сообщим о важных изменениях внутри приложения. Продолжая пользоваться приложением после изменения, вы принимаете новые условия.

12. Право

К этим условиям применяется законодательство Республики Узбекистан. Споры решаются переговорами, а при недостижении согласия — в судах Республики Узбекистан.

These are the rules for using the DUYO app: what you can do, what you must not do, and what we are responsible for. By starting to use the app you agree to them.

1. Who can use DUYO

DUYO is for teenagers aged 13 to 16. If you are under 13 you cannot use the app. Give your real age at sign-up — DUYO pitches its answers to it.

2. Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number; instead of a password you get a code by SMS.
Never give the code to anyone — it is your key.
Nobody else should use your account.
If you lose the number or notice someone else signing in, write to info@duyo.uz straight away.

3. Community rules

Inside DUYO — with DUYO and with other teenagers alike — the following is not allowed:

insults, threats, humiliation, bullying or harassment;
sexual content in text, pictures, audio or video;
violence, or urging anyone to harm themselves or others;
promoting drugs, alcohol or weapons;
asking for or spreading someone else's personal details;
pretending to be another person, deceiving or defrauding;
advertising, spam or mass identical messages;
trying to break into the app or the server, automate it, or work around its limits.

4. Talking to other teenagers

Goal-mates chat is optional and you can switch it off at any time. While it is on:

The other person does not see your name, phone number or photo.
Do not write your surname, school, address or phone number either. If someone asks for them — report it.
Every message is screened before delivery; one that breaks the rules never arrives.
The "report" and "block" buttons are always visible in every conversation.
Our team reads the reports and suspends accounts where it is needed.

5. If you break the rules

Depending on what happened: the message is not delivered, you get a warning, peer chat is switched off, or the account is suspended entirely. In serious cases — a real threat to another child, for example — we may contact the authorities.

6. About DUYO's answers

DUYO is an artificial intelligence. It can be wrong, and it can give an inaccurate or incomplete answer. Do not treat what it says as the only source for an important decision.

DUYO gives no medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace a doctor, a psychologist or a teacher. If you feel bad, tell someone close to you or an adult you trust. In an emergency: helpline 1142, ambulance 103.

7. Content and rights

The app, its design, its texts, its library and its logo belong to us. The messages, goals and notes you write stay yours — we store, display and screen them only to run the app and keep it safe. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising. More detail in the privacy policy.

8. Subscription and payment

DUYO's core features are free. Paid plans and their prices are listed on duyo.uz; to start or cancel a subscription, write to info@duyo.uz. After you cancel, everything stays available until the end of the period you paid for.

9. Service availability

We work to keep DUYO running, but we cannot guarantee it never stops: maintenance, internet outages or failures at outside services can affect it. We may change or remove individual features — we will give notice of the ones that matter.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page. We may suspend or delete an account for a serious breach of the rules above.

11. Changes to these terms

If the terms change we update the date at the top of the page and tell you inside the app when the change matters. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled by negotiation first, and failing that in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
